Webbs' Health

News update

Penny has a new hip and she is walking with the assist of a cane. In a month, Penny will be Two-stepping with Bill.  And, yes, Bill is doing super well.  Give him a call to say hello, (925) 813-1591

Two of Bill's cancer spots are being treated with Bristol's "Opdivo," a so-called PD-1 inhibitor, which works by taking the brake off the immune system-recently approved by U.S. regulators.

o-called PD-1 inhibitor, which works by taking the brakes off the immune system, was approved by U.S. regulators last month to treat the less-common “squamous” form of NSCLC that had spread following treatment with chemotherapy. - See more at: http://www.lcfamerica.org/bristols-opdivo-proves-effective-against-second-type-of-lung-cancer/#sthash.JUbcRenp.dpuf

One spot has been reduced from 10 cm to 2.4 cm and the other cancer spot is just a scar today.  Penny is doing super with her new hip and she will get the other side of her hip treated this Winter season.  Yeah!

Time in San Francisco:
Crabby Bill hit the news again!

Captain Bill and Penny Webb fish off San Francisco, CA and sell their daily ocean catch to the public in Half Moon Bay.  Each F/V Cricket off-boat sales are handpicked and selected for quality.  It's that shell-crackin', lip smacking time.  When our palates starts yearning for fresh, flavorful crab that's as creamy and buttery as it is firm and tender. Dungeness crab is a seasonal delicacy, fished along our San Francisco coastline into April. The sustainable fishing methods do not disrupt the health of the species, nor does the fishing grab disrupt the ocean.

"Nothing is as fresh and tasty as seafood from the Cricket boat" says Penny.
